Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Summer Intern in Sales & Marketing. The role is based in New Delhi with flexibility for remote work. As an intern, you will assist with sales activities, build and maintain relationships with customers, provide support to social media growth and business development, and contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies. Monthly targets will be assigned to each role. You will also play a role in understanding customer needs and delivering excellent customer engagement to align with company's goals and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management practices
- Experience or interest in Training and development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Confident in conversations (English and Hindi)
- Full-Time or Part-Time

- At least 6-months to 1 year in active sales
- Preferably more than 50K followers on social media
