Summer Intern – Operations & Account Support (Restaurant Consulting)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Summer Intern to support our restaurant consulting team in managing backend operations for multiple restaurant brands across food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. This role will focus on operational support, data management, and menu maintenance to ensure smooth execution and performance tracking for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in day-to-day operational tasks related to restaurant accounts.
Maintain and update data from aggregator dashboards (Zomato/Swiggy) in Google Sheets or Excel trackers.
Assist in menu hygiene tasks, including category corrections, item description updates, item image updates, and overall menu organization.
Help maintain daily and weekly performance reports for restaurant brands.
Assist in menu engineering based on current trends.
Conduct basic data checks and updates across dashboards and internal trackers.
Provide backend support for report preparation and account management activities.
Requirements
Graduate or final-year student (Marketing, Business, Hospitality preferred)
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Interest in the food-tech / restaurant industry
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
