Auditing and Quality Management

 As an intern, you will be closely working with the Management Team for remote auditing and quality management for a non-financial project. You will be working closely with your project teams providing support for their engagements, which will involve support with project activities, quality audits and validation tasks. The position caters to non-IT business environment, requiring adaptability and a strong understanding of business operations. You will also be exposed to different live activities during your internship period based on your interests and capabilities.

The role is based primarily out of Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

 • Perform quality audits in line with client requirements and standards

• Strong focus on auditing and quality management with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to stay focussed in carrying out repetitive tasks.

• Meet timelines and targets without external supervision.

• Take ownership in completing the tasks with expected KPI’s being met.

Primary Required Skills

 • Strong interest in auditing and quality control

• Ability to focus on managing repetitive tasks

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements

• Good command over English language and strong communication skills

• Any Exposure to audit processes or quality checks will be added advantage

• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in the field of quality management

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of Excel Macro being an added advantage

 Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA or MSc (Final Year Students also ready to commit minimum 3 months of internship) or Graduates

• Any prior working experience in the Automotive/ Consulting industry is an added advantage

• Highly proficient in English and Hindi. Exposure to French language will be an added advantage
