Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Summer Intern – Sales & Marketing to support our pre-sales, client servicing, and on-ground wedding execution. This role blends communication, creativity, and real exposure to luxury wedding planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales
- Engage with incoming leads via calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and assist in initial qualification
2. Sales Support
- Assist in client coordination and ongoing communication
- Support the team in closing and onboarding clients
3. Presentations & Proposals
- Create visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, and proposals using PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
- Customize decks as per client vision and requirements
4. Wedding Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning timelines, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Support the team during on-ground execution of weddings and events
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Interest in weddings, luxury events, and client-facing roles
