🚨 We’re Hiring: Founder's Office Intern (Fashion Startup)
I’m building a clothing brand from the ground up — and I’m looking for someone who wants to do the same.
This is *not* a typical internship.
You won’t be making PPTs or doing repetitive tasks. You’ll be in the trenches — working on fabrics, fits, sourcing, branding, and understanding what it actually takes to build a business from zero to one.
💡 What you’ll get:
• Instead of a fixed stipend, you’ll earn a revenue share on the projects and products you help build
• You’ll get the opportunity to launch your own capsule/product line under our brand, with a share in its success
• This is a hands-on apprenticeship—you’ll work directly with the founder and learn how to build a fashion brand from scratch
• We’ll actively help you build your personal brand through content, storytelling, and real visibility
• You’ll get early access to our drops and free pieces from the collections you help create
• High performers will receive a performance-based completion bonus tied to real outcomes
• Top performers will be strongly considered for a full-time role as we grow

We currently don’t offer a fixed stipend—this role is designed for those who value ownership, learning, and building over short-term pay.
