Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in New Delhi. The Summer Intern will assist with daily operations, including supporting customer inquiries, managing product inventory, and assisting with pet care activities. The intern will also have the opportunity to collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and ensure a seamless experience for customers and their pets. Exposure to various facets of the pet retail industry will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Interest and enthusiasm for working with pets and pet-related products
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of marketing or willingness to learn
- Flexibility to adapt to varying responsibilities during the internship
- Past experience in retail or pet care is an advantage but not required
