Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Summer Intern at GreatHire.in. As a Summer Intern, you will assist with research, support recruitment processes, perform data analysis, help develop strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities may include document preparation, conducting industry studies, and contributing to innovative projects that align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate data and provide insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using common office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and online collaboration tools
- An enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields is a plus
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
