Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Summer HR Intern. Responsibilities include assisting with HR management tasks, supporting the implementation of HR policies, helping administer employee benefits, and participating in personnel management. The intern will also gain practical experience in core HR functions, collaborate with the HR team to improve workplace processes, and support administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Knowledge of HR Management frameworks and the implementation of HR Policies.
- Ability to support tasks related to Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
