Job Title:- Sales & Operations Planning Location:- Dallas,TX (Onsite) Duration:- Contract Job Description S&OP Strategy and Governance Demand Planning Supply, Capacity & Resource Planning Financial Integration Inventory and Material Planning Systems, Reporting & Analytics Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA or Master s degree preferred. 8 12 years of progressive experience in S&OP, integrated business planning, or operations leadership. Deep understanding of the Parcel automation industry, project-driven operations, and engineered-to-order environments. Proven success leading cross-functional planning processes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Expertise in demand/supply planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and inventory optimization. Proficient in ERP and planning tools such as SAP (PP, APO, IBP), Salesforce, Lucanet, and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
