Sulvo, the 2-and-a-half-year-old advertising technology startup is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager (with Meteor experience) to join our team.

We are looking for an extremely organized and self-driven customer success manager to work in a remote role with a fast growing startup. Your main objective is to create and maintain the best community area the online publishing world has ever seen, help us create an amazing onboarding experience, educate and help our users to integrate Sulvo onto their sites, diagnose, and solve technical issues users run into, and act as the bridge between our users and our product team.
This includes:
1. Creating 'WOW' moments by promptly replying and communicating with users on our forum. We use "support" as brand building tool which means that this is one of our most important roles in the company.
2. Investigate and solve technical issues users face on a daily basis by debugging complex issues on our users' sites - which use a myriad of different technologies.
3. Distil complex issues into underlying causes and work directly with our product teams to deploy solutions while consistently delivering world-class support.
4. Writing (and updating) documentation, FAQs and the Sulvo knowledgebase.
5. Representing Sulvo users within the company – to further their needs and help generate more value for them.
What's needed from the ideal candidate:
• Interest towards the Ad Technology / RTB (real-time-bidding) space
• 100% Self-starter mentality (American company culture, American business values)
• JavaScript and Meteor knowledge.
• Willingness to put in the work and be part of an elite startup team (only "A players" will be considered for the position). Please count with the time-zone differences between U.S. West Coast and your home location, wherever that might be.
• Copywriting experience (for writing customer facing materials)
• Extremely strong English (native-level) in both written and spoken language. You will need to explain complex problems and topics in a concise and easy to understand manner.
• Passion for talking to users all day, every day.
• Ability to switch between meteor development and customer facing interactions.
• Previous experience in a troubleshooting environment and be a great problem solver.
