Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager steers multiple teams within the same domain (i.e. an Engineering Manager for ecommerce, steering the ecommerce teams). He/She is an agile leader, the team is responsible for its own success. If the team is not delivering, then the Engineering Manager should step in and make sure they are delivering.
