Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Bangalore, JP Nagar, 2nd Phase - Hybrid 3 days in a Week WFO
Shift Timings: 3 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST

We seek an experienced SuiteProjectsPro Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services practice at Anlage.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in an active SuiteProjectsPro engagement by transforming requirements established during a recent discovery phase into a fully operational system.
Your primary focus will be to configure the platform to reflect these defined processes, confidently demonstrate the tailored solutions to the client to secure alignment and drive a successful implementation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing SuiteProjectsPro solutions that support various billing methodologies, resource utilization metrics and the standard NetSuite-SuiteProjectsPro connector.
What You'll Do Solution Configuration & Engagement Execution
● Hands-on Configuration: Translate the requirements and process flows defined in the recent discovery phase into fully functional modules within SuiteProjectsPro, including project management, resource management, time tracking, invoicing and revenue recognition modules.
● Dashboard & KPI Creation: Design and configure custom SuiteProjectsPro reports to give the client clear visibility into resource utilization and project financial health.
Client Demonstrations & Alignment
● Iterative Show-and-Tells: Lead structured, confidence-building solution demonstrations for client stakeholders, showing how their defined business processes map into the configured SuiteProjectsPro environment.
● Feedback Management: Confidently handle client questions during walkthroughs, validating the solution, addressing gaps and securing functional alignment to move the implementation forward.
● Use of NetSuite Standard Connector: Align the configured SuiteProjectsPro modules with NetSuite, utilizing the standard NetSuite-SuiteProjectsPro connector.
● Testing & Scripts: Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and scripts, guiding client core users through system validation and functional sign-off.
● Data Migration: Transform and load data into SuiteProjectsPro, with assistance from other team members.
Required Qualifications Experience
● Experience: 2-4 years of consulting implementation experience specifically focused on SuiteProjectsPro.
● Full-Platform Competency: Proven experience configuring across all core SuiteProjectsPro modules.
● Data Migration Expertise: Demonstrable experience managing data migration tracks into SuiteProjectsPro.
● Connector Familiarity: Practical experience working with or aligning data flows through the standard NetSuite-SuiteProjectsPro integration connector.
Communication & Client Management
● Advanced Professional Services EQ: Exceptional communication skills with the specific ability to connect with, speak the language of and build immediate credibility with mature Professional Services organizations.
● Legacy Client Management: Proven ability to confidently manage and guide clients who have used SuiteProjectsPro for 10+ years; you must be able to respect their historical platform knowledge while effectively guiding them toward best-practice configurations for their current needs.
● Articulate Presentation: Ability to clearly explain the "why" behind system configurations during demonstrations, translating technical setups into clear business logic for client stakeholders
