About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level SugarCRM Developer with expertise in PHP and Python to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior SugarCRM developer to design, develop, and customize CRM modules and workflows that meet our clients' unique business needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in PHP and Python programming, with a willingness to learn and adapt to SugarCRM platform customization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills, gain hands-on experience in CRM architecture, and contribute to impactful projects for international clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in PHP, preferably PHP 8+.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, especially MySQL.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments.
- Experience with JavaScript for front-end and client-side scripting.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Proficiency with Git for version control management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including debugging across multi-layer systems.
- Experience with SugarCRM platform customization or a strong foundation in PHP and Python with a willingness to learn SugarCRM.
Responsibilities

- Designing and developing custom SugarCRM modules and workflows tailored to client requirements.
- Integrating third-party systems and services with SugarCRM using APIs.
- Leading data migration efforts and managing platform upgrades to ensure seamless transitions.
