<div class="trix-content"> <div> POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: </div><ul> <li> Outstanding Customer Service </li> <li> Develop product knowledge in all areas </li> <li> Prepare, cut, slice, weigh and package deli items according to standards and quality goals </li> <li> Cleaning of workspace and necessary items, machines, and utensils </li> <li> Complete other tasks at the discretion of the deli and store managers </li> <li> Support and comply with all company safety/security standards </li> <li> Able to maintain composure and customer satisfaction at all times </li> </ul><div> ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: </div><ul> <li> Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task and maintain focus. </li> <li> Strong customer service skills & effective communication. </li> <li> Must have flexible schedule availability. </li> <li> Computer knowledge. </li> <li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, employees and management. </li> </ul><div> </div><div> PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: </div><ul> <li> Work is performed in a typical retail work environment </li> <li> Ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs. frequently </li> <li> Ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend, reach as needed to perform duties </li> <li> Ability to work in different temperature control climate, indoor/ outdoor </li> <li> Use of machinery to include slicer, oven, knifes, deep fryer , steamer and wrapper </li> </ul> </div>
