TalenTeam is seeking a SuccessFactors Talent and Transformation Consultant to lead implementations and provide advisory services across SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub, Career and Talent Development (including Opportunity Marketplace), and Skills Transformation. This is a delivery-focused role that combines hands-on SuccessFactors configuration expertise with practical skills strategy consulting.
You will work directly with clients to design, configure, and deploy talent solutions, while also advising on skills frameworks, job architecture, and workforce capability. TalenTeam's Skills Transformation Suite — covering advisory services, Job Profile and Job Architecture accelerators, and Skill-to-Role mapping — will be a key part of your delivery toolkit.
Key Responsibilities
SuccessFactors Implementation
– Lead end-to-end delivery of Job Profile Builder, Talent Intelligence Hub, Career Development, and Opportunity Marketplace modules.
– Configure and validate SuccessFactors solutions in line with client requirements and SAP best practice
– Run design workshops, gather requirements, document solution decisions, and manage testing cycles
– Coordinate with integration, technical, and client teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery
– Support go-live readiness, cutover activities, and hypercare
Skills & Talent Advisory
– Advise clients on skills-based talent strategies, including job architecture, skill frameworks, and Skill-to-Role mapping
– Deploy TalenTeam's Skills Transformation accelerators — including tools to support Job Profile update and creation and personalised Skills Libraries, mapped to roles — to reduce time-to-value.
– Align skills data and role structures with SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder and the Talent suite.
– Support clients in defining career paths, internal mobility programs, and development planning within Opportunity Marketplace
– Guide clients on adoption, change readiness, and sustaining outcomes post go-live
Pre-Sales Support
– Contribute to discovery sessions, solution demos, and proposal development as required
– Help position TalenTeam's SuccessFactors and Skills Transformation capabilities in client-facing conversations
What You'll Bring
Required
– Hands-on SuccessFactors implementation experience, specifically in one or more of: Talent Intelligence Hub, Career Development, Performance & Goals, or Learning (other modules are a plus)
– Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors Talent suite and how modules integrate
– Experience running requirements workshops, producing functional design documents, and managing delivery workstreams
– Ability to translate business requirements into configured solutions
– Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Should be comfortable working in US or LATAM hours
Preferred
– Experience with job architecture, skills frameworks, or Skill-to-Role mapping projects from a consulting perspective.
– Familiarity with SAP Job Profile Builder and Talent Intelligence Hub skills features
– SuccessFactors certification in a relevant module/s
– Experience working within a consulting or partner delivery environment.
