Duties & responsibilities What this job involves –
1. Execution: Delivery, Compliance & Risk Management
• Oversee execution of valuation assignments for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch documents, and valuation reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and compliant valuation reports.
• Review and sign-off on reports in accordance with RICS/IVS standards and internal quality protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, banks, developers, and corporates.
2. Business Development, Team Management
• Lead a team of valuation professionals across multiple locations.
• Train, mentor, and manage performance of team members.
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
3. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Mitigate risks by following valuation SOP, highlighting conflict of interest through client communication.
4. Financial & Operational Oversight
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Track MIS and reporting metrics for internal dashboards.
To apply Must have: –
• Master’s degree in real estate, Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate valuation, with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, excel model and computations, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and managerial skills.

• 03-10 years of work experience
