Job Title: Success Manager / Growth Manager – SpotGiraffe

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Success Manager to drive user engagement, employer relationships, platform growth, and overall success operations for SpotGiraffe.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, relationship management, and growth execution skills. This role involves working closely with employers, candidates, vendors, internal teams, and partnerships to improve platform engagement and hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and engagement for the SpotGiraffe platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, hiring partners, and vendors
- Collaborate with employers and vendors for hiring support and partnership activities
- Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and execution
- Monitor hiring activities, user engagement, and platform performance
- Handle employer onboarding and account management
- Develop strategies to improve user retention and platform reach
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates
- Identify partnership and business growth opportunities
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements for better user experience
- Prepare reports related to growth, hiring progress, and engagement metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Placement, Operations, Client Relations, Recruitment, Growth, or Success Management preferred
- UAE hiring experience will be considered an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms and hiring processes is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills can also apply
