Female Operations Manager - (With FM/Cleaning Services Mgt Exp)

Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a female Operations Manager to manage 50+ female staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeepers). You will lead daily operations, handle scheduling, resolve complaints, and ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support staff and a small customer service team (3–4 members) Oversee scheduling, operations, and staff allocation Handle client and staff complaints professionally Deliver training and ensure adherence to service standards Maintain records and prepare performance reports Requirements: 2+ years' supervisory experience (cleaning/FM industry preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Fluent in Arabic, English, and Tagalog (preferred)
