Assistant Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Specialist Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Work you’ll do
As a part this team, you will:
- Manage end-to-end access requests, incidents, and change requests related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll Schema and Rules, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Oversee payroll operations, including transformation, integration, interfaces, tax calculations, and process optimization.
- Configure and maintain the Payroll Control Centre to streamline payroll management and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Manage garnishment processes, including definition, reporting, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate and execute year-end activities, such as tax reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory changes.
- Lead and manage a team of SuccessFactors specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality work and team effectiveness.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload distribution and efficient utilization of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning among team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, address challenges, and provide guidance on complex payroll-related issues.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular feedback, performance evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement or training needs.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes with other HR systems and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to payroll and HR practices, sharing relevant insights with the team.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for payroll operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM
Qualifications The candidate must have the ability to manage competing priorities with a demonstrated flexibility in approach and attitude. Having an excellent understanding of the Firm’s goals and objectives and being highly self-motivated are key to success in this role. In addition, you will also have the following:
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Management of end-to-end access requests, Incidents and Change requests
- Ability to troubleshoot Payroll Schema and Rules.
- ABAP debugging skills - desirable.
- Application of HR SYNC Packs & CCLs
- Payroll Operations, Transformation, Integration, Interfaces, Tax & Processes
- Configuration of Payroll Control Centre
- Experience with PTP Replication Setup (SaaS Model)
- Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration,
- Off cycle payroll definition and processing,
- Garnishment’s definition, reporting and management,
- Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules.
- Experience with Year -end activities
