Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Subtitles & Transcript Specialist (Digital Media) based in New Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and synchronizing subtitles for videos, as well as transcribing audio/video content accurately. Responsibilities will involve quality control checks to ensure subtitles meet professional standards, collaborating with content teams to align subtitles with the desired tone, and maintaining consistency in captioning styles. This role allows for a flexible working arrangement with a mix of on-site and remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Media and Digital Marketing with an understanding of content engagement
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to complement digital content delivery
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborative work and effective output
- Knowledge of Web Analytics to evaluate audience engagement and optimize strategies
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with subtitle and transcription software is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Linguistics, or related fields preferred
