Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Subscription Manager Journals at Research India Publications in Delhi, India. As a Subscription Manager Journals, you will be responsible for managing subscriptions, coordinating with distributors and agents, and ensuring the timely delivery of publications. You will also be involved in customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues related to subscriptions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in computer applications and database management
- Experience in publishing or subscriptions management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
