Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CEP Logistics for a leadership role at ARC Parcel Sercice Pvt Ltd a TAG group company . In this full-time, on-site position based in Madurai, you will oversee supply chain operations, ensure top-notch customer service standards, and identify opportunities to optimize logistics systems. Your responsibilities will include analyzing key logistics performance metrics, maintaining compliance with export and supply regulations, and collaborating across departments to drive strategic objectives. As a leader, you will guide and mentor your team, establish best practices, and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the logistics division.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication to effectively engage with various stakeholders and lead teams
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess operations, optimize efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in Customer Service to ensure excellent client experiences and resolve issues proactively
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management to oversee logistics operations and ensure smooth processes
- Understanding of Export regulations and practices to manage international logistics effectively
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (required); advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with CEP (Courier, Express, and Parcel) industry trends and logistics technologies
