Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Subject Matter Experts in English, Mathematics, and Computer, located in Shajapur. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating and delivering subject-specific lesson plans, conducting classroom instructions effectively, and preparing students to excel academically. Other responsibilities include designing assessments, offering academic counseling to students, facilitating interactive and engaging learning environments, and collaborating with other faculty on curriculum development and improvements. The role also includes working closely with students in a residential school setting, ensuring their overall growth and well-being.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in teaching English, Mathematics, or Computer at the K-12 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey concepts and mentor students
- Proficiency in training students and creating academic plans tailored to individual needs
- Basic translation and language adaptation skills for facilitating multilingual engagement
- Previous experience in student support, mentoring, or customer service is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject or field
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies is a plus
