About the Role
into3.ai is seeking knowledgeable and creative Subject Matter Experts for Hindi, English and Social Studies. The selected candidates will develop accurate, engaging and student-friendly educational content aligned with the CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines for Classes 1–12, based on the grades assigned.
The role requires strong subject knowledge, curriculum understanding and the ability to simplify complex concepts for school students. Candidates should be comfortable creating content for digital learning formats, including video lectures, lesson scripts, assessments, worksheets and interactive learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan and develop curriculum-aligned content for the assigned subject and grade levels.
- Create lesson plans, lecture scripts, explanations, examples, activities, worksheets, quizzes and assessments.
- Convert textbook concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand digital learning content.
- Ensure that all content follows the latest CBSE curriculum, NCERT textbooks and prescribed learning outcomes.
- Review and validate academic content for factual accuracy, conceptual clarity, language quality and age appropriateness.
- Design chapter-wise and topic-wise content structures for video-based and interactive learning.
- Write clear instructions, examples and explanations suitable for students with different learning abilities.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, teachers, video production teams, graphic designers and AI content teams.
- Provide subject-related guidance during scriptwriting, recording, animation and post-production.
- Proofread and edit content before publication.
- Incorporate feedback from academic reviewers and update content within the required timelines.
- Track CBSE curriculum changes and revise existing learning materials accordingly.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, difficulty level and academic standards across all content.
- Support the development of question banks, practice exercises, revision material and examination-oriented content.
Subject-Specific Responsibilities
Hindi SME
- Create grammatically accurate content in Hindi and, where required, bilingual Hindi-English formats.
- Develop content related to Hindi grammar, literature, comprehension, writing skills and vocabulary.
- Ensure correct spelling, punctuation, pronunciation guidance and use of age-appropriate language.
- Explain prose, poetry and grammar concepts in an engaging and student-friendly manner.
English SME
- Develop content covering English grammar, literature, reading comprehension, vocabulary and writing skills.
- Ensure high standards of grammar, sentence structure, tone and language accuracy.
- Create activities that improve students’ reading, writing, speaking and comprehension abilities.
- Simplify prose, poetry and literary concepts while preserving their intended meaning.
Social Studies SME
- Develop accurate and engaging content for History, Geography, Political Science/Civics and Economics.
- Present events, timelines, locations, institutions and social concepts clearly and objectively.
- Design map-based, source-based, case-based and competency-based learning activities.
- Connect textbook concepts with relevant real-world examples while maintaining academic neutrality.
Preferred Experience
- 5- 8 years of experience in teaching, academic content development, curriculum design or educational publishing.
- Previous experience working with a school, coaching institute, ed-tech company or academic publisher.
- Experience creating scripts for educational videos or online learning platforms.
- Familiarity with competency-based education, Bloom’s Taxonomy and CBSE assessment patterns.
- Experience using AI tools for content research or development while maintaining academic accuracy.
- Understanding of digital pedagogy and student engagement techniques.
