🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Academic Content Team as SME Trainee – Quantitative Aptitude.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have appeared in SSC, Railway, or State-level competitive exams and are interested in building a career in academic content development.
The selected candidates will be trained to create high-quality, exam-oriented Quantitative Aptitude content including books, structured notes, practice sets, mock tests, and visual learning materials.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (Mathematics preferred but not mandatory)
- Must have appeared in SSC / Railway / State-level competitive exams (Mains preferred)
- Strong conceptual clarity in Arithmetic and Advanced Mathematics
- Clear understanding of competitive exam syllabus and question trends
- Good numerical aptitude and analytical ability
💼 Experience Required
- 6 months – 1.5 years of experience preferred
- Freshers may also apply
- Experience in academic content creation, book publishing, or test series development will be an added advantage
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Create Quantitative Aptitude books as per latest SSC, Railway, and State exam patterns
- Develop chapter-wise theory notes and practice questions (Basic to Advanced level)
- Create shortcut methods, alternative approaches, and exam-focused strategies
- Develop topic-wise PYQ analysis and trend-based question sets
- Prepare mock tests and Daily Practice Problems (DPPs)
- Provide detailed, step-by-step solutions in a student-friendly manner
- Create mind maps, formula sheets, and revision charts for quick recall
- Review and proofread content for conceptual and numerical accuracy
🛠 Required Skills
- Strong command over Arithmetic and Advanced Mathematics topics
- Proficiency in LaTeX, Equation Editor, and MathType tools
- Ability to explain concepts in simple and exam-oriented language
- Good knowledge of graphs and charts creation
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
