Position Overview:

As an Aviation LMS SME, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to ensure our LMS content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards. You will collaborate with instructional designers, technical writers, and training managers to develop engaging and effective learning modules for pilots, maintenance crews, cabin crew, and other aviation personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth aviation expertise to guide LMS content development.
• Review, validate, and enhance existing LMS modules for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create interactive, learner-centric aviation training content.
• Ensure content aligns with FAA, EASA, ICAO, or other relevant aviation regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain reference materials, glossaries, and job aids for learners.
• Support evaluation of LMS effectiveness through assessments and feedback analysis.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the aviation industry.

Qualifications:

• Airbus / Boeing (any type) (+5000 Hours on type)
• Extensive experience in aviation operations, training, or engineering.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning modules.
