Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) based in India. The role involves overseeing and coordinating MEP designs, ensuring integration with project plans, and leveraging tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to manage projects effectively. Responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing plumbing and MEP designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP Coordination
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
- Advanced knowledge in Plumbing and Plumbing Design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry
