RESPONSIBILITIES
Question Design & Development
- Design high-quality mathematics questions aligned with Class 12 curriculum and entrance examination standards.
- Ensure questions test conceptual clarity, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Content Review & Quality Assurance
- Review mathematics questions and solutions for accuracy, clarity, and exam relevance.
- Identify and rectify conceptual or calculation errors in existing question banks.
Solution Development
- Frame clear, step-by-step solutions that help students understand the underlying concept and approach.
- Develop efficient methods, shortcuts, and alternate approaches where applicable.
Difficulty Level Calibration
- Categorize questions based on difficulty level (easy, moderate, advanced).
- Ensure balanced question sets suitable for practice tests, sectional tests, and full mocks.
Content Improvement & Innovation
- Continuously refine questions to improve conceptual depth and originality.
- Design new problem types and variations to strengthen student practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Strong Conceptual Foundation
Deep understanding of Class 11–12 mathematics concepts relevant to entrance examinations.
2. Analytical Thinking
Ability to break down complex problems into structured steps and present them clearly.
