Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Educational Sales with 3–5 years of experience in EdTech sales. The candidate should have strong subject understanding along with proven experience in handling sales conversions, counselling students, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Engage with students and working professionals to understand their learning needs.

Provide detailed guidance about courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into enrollments.

Conduct product demos and explain course value propositions effectively.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain CRM updates and follow-up processes.

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.


Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in EdTech / Educational Sales.

Strong communication skills in any South Indian language or Marathi (mandatory).

Good understanding of online learning platforms and digital courses.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working from office (Kudlu Gate, Bangalore).


Preferred Skills:

Experience in counselling or academic advisory roles.

Exposure to B2C sales model.
