Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Science, Social Science, Mathematics, Coding, and English to join our Gurugram office. The SME will be responsible for developing curriculum-aligned content, creating engaging learning materials, and ensuring academic excellence across assigned subjects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design high-quality lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Create concept-based, engaging, and age-appropriate content for students (K–12 or as applicable).
• Review and update existing study materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and academic teams to structure interactive learning modules.
• Develop question banks, practice tests, and evaluation materials.
• Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations.
• Support live sessions, recorded lectures, or doubt-solving sessions if required.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned academic projects.

Subject-Specific Expectations

Science SME:

• Strong understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology fundamentals.
• Ability to explain scientific concepts with real-life examples and experiments.

Social Science SME:

• Knowledge of History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
• Ability to connect concepts with current events and practical scenarios.

Mathematics SME:

• Strong command of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and advanced math (as applicable).
• Ability to create step-by-step problem-solving explanations.

Coding SME:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scratch, Java, or other relevant technologies.
• Ability to teach logical thinking, algorithms, and basic app/game development.

English SME:

• Strong grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills.
• Ability to teach spoken English, creative writing, and literature analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject area.
• 1–5+ years of experience in teaching, content development, or training.
• Strong conceptual clarity and subject expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum (if applicable).
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital teaching tools.
• Strong research and content structuring skills.
