Hiring: Aptitude Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Are you someone who loves solving problems, breaking down complex concepts, and helping students crack aptitude rounds? We’re looking for an Aptitude SME who can build impactful content and drive student success in placements.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high-quality aptitude content (Quant, Logical, Verbal)
- Create company-specific prep materials aligned with hiring patterns (TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc.)
- Build question banks, mock tests, and worksheets with increasing difficulty levels
- Analyze learner performance and optimize content for better outcomes
- Deliver focused training sessions (if required) for college students
- Contribute to placement readiness programs across campuses

- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- Ability to simplify complex problems into easy learning frameworks
- Strong content creation mindset (not just teaching)
- Excellent communication & structured thinking
- Familiarity with latest campus hiring trends & assessments
🎓 Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Engineering / Maths preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Aptitude Training / Content Development
- Freshers with exceptional aptitude & problem-solving skills can also apply
🌟 Bonus If You Have
- Experience in placement training / EdTech
- Created aptitude content, test series, or curriculum
- Worked on company-specific preparation modules
