Subject Matter Expert – Spanish Language | Bangalore (WFO)

We are looking for a Spanish Language Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team in Bangalore (HSR Layout). This role is ideal for professionals with strong Spanish language proficiency and experience in international customer support, particularly in email-based communication.

As an SME, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions in Spanish and English, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery while collaborating with internal teams.


📍 Job Details
  • Location: HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bangalore
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Shift: Rotational Shifts (9 Hours)
  • Salary: Up to ₹42,000 CTC per month
  • Experience: 1–4 Years


💼 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries via email in Spanish and English
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns within defined SLAs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and global communication protocols
  • Manage customer escalations professionally
  • Provide process improvement suggestions
  • Support team objectives and operational targets


✅ Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer support (email/chat preferred)
  • L2 / B2 Spanish Certification (DELE or equivalent) – Mandatory
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs
  • Proficient in CRM tools and ticketing platforms
