Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of a DPDP Compliance Platform for the banking sector. The ideal candidate should have expertise in banking operations, regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, and data privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide banking domain expertise for the DPDP Compliance Platform.
- Interpret DPDP Act 2023 and RBI regulations.
- Analyze banking data flows across Core Banking, Lending, Payments, Cards, and KYC.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders.
- Validate business requirements and support UAT.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Banking/BFSI experience.
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking, Lending, Payments, KYC, and RBI regulations.
- Understanding of DPDP Act 2023/GDPR and data privacy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience in Data Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, or Digital Transformation projects. Certifications such as CISA, CIPP, or CAMS are an added advantage.
