Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert – AI & Cyber Security, based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging course content in artificial intelligence and cyber security, training learners to develop critical technical skills, mentoring them for career readiness, and staying updated with the latest industry trends to keep the curriculum relevant. The role involves creating and reviewing training materials, interacting with students to resolve subject-related doubts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of content.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence concepts including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cyber Security practices, covering risk assessment, incident response, and ethical hacking
- Effective training and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex technologies
- Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and using innovative teaching methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and interacting with students
- Proficiency in industry tools, programming languages like Python, and security tools is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, AI, or related fields
- Prior industry experience in AI and Cyber Security domains is an advantage
