Job Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons for Grades 6th to 12th.
- Conduct specialized subject classes for 11th & 12th grades.
- Prepare students for Olympiads and other competitive exams.
- Organize interactive learning sessions and specialized doubt-solving classes.
Content Creation & Presentation- Develop Lecture presentations and teaching content.
- Assist in creating educational content for social media platforms.
Student & Parent Engagement- Provide guidance through student-parent counseling sessions.
- Track and promote student career growth.
- Organize monthly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Assessments & Planning- Plan and execute question papers and weekly tests.
- Ensure timely reporting of academic and administrative updates.
Marketing & Events- Coordinate seminars and participate in marketing events.
- Arrange workshops and events to enhance student participation and visibility.
Skills- Proven expertise in teaching for Grades 6th to 12th.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage academic planning and student tracking efficiently.
- Experience in creating AV content is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
