Roles Responsibilities Cluster Manager (Logistics)
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple hubs within the assigned cluster
- Ensure achievement of service levels (SLA, TAT, productivity, quality, and cost KPIs)
- Lead and supervise Hub In-Charges and operational teams across locations
- Drive process standardization and SOP compliance across all hubs
- Monitor inbound, outbound, line-haul, and last-mile operations (as applicable)
- Plan and optimize manpower, fleet, and capacity utilization
- Track and analyze MIS and operational data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Manage escalations, exceptions, losses, and damages within defined timelines
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements
- Conduct regular hub audits and performance reviews
- Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives
- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and network expansion
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly cluster performance reports
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality
