The Role

We are looking for a passionate and articulate Stylist & Sales Executive to be the face of our brand — both in our offline studio and across our digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for converting warm enquiries into clients, guiding them through our collections, and curating a personalised experience that leads to a confirmed order.

What You'll Do


  • Manage warm enquiries coming in via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp — respond promptly, warmly, and professionally to sustain interest
  • Engage and nurture leads through meaningful conversation — understand the client's occasion, aesthetic, and requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments — both virtual consultations and in-store visits — to showcase collections and custom options
  • Style and advise clients during appointments, presenting looks and fabric options that suit their body type, occasion, and taste
  • Convert consultations into confirmed orders by guiding clients confidently through the decision and customisation process
  • Follow up diligently post-consultation to close orders and maintain a strong client pipeline
  • Maintain client records — preferences, follow-up dates, order status — to ensure a seamless, high-end experience
  • Collaborate with the design team to communicate client requirements accurately for bespoke orders
  • Represent the brand consistently with impeccable personal presentation and communication


What We're Looking For


Must-Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury sales
  • Strong understanding of women's fashion — silhouettes, fabrics, styling, occasion wear and/or bridal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Kannada/Hindi preferred)
  • Confident, warm, and persuasive — able to build trust quickly with high-value clients
  • Comfortable managing conversations on Instagram and WhatsApp in a professional, brand-aligned tone
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets


Good to Have:

  • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Styling, or related field
  • Prior experience in couture, bridal wear, or luxury retail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or basic order tracking systems
  • An existing network of potential clients is a strong advantage
