Curriculum and Content Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of our learning programs for Blue-Collar Skilling. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing content for the e-learning or ed-tech industry. An understanding of the Indian Blue-Collar ecosystem, combined with technical proficiency, is essential. The role requires expertise in Curriculum and Content Design, and Quality Assurance. Responsibilities Conduct instructional research and analyze learner needs and contexts.Design instructional end goals and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources.Review content for relevance, accuracy, quality, and alignment with Learning Objectives.Offer comprehensive feedback to the team including writers, graphic designers, and animators.Ensure end content is compliant with industry standards and best practices.Coordinate all pre-production and post-production activities.Develop assessments that directly align with the course objectives.Maintain project documentation and course folders.Communicate project metrics, timelines, and other details about project completion to all stakeholders effectively. Requirements Awareness of the latest learning theories, frameworks, models, and evaluation techniques that align with the needs of the digital learner.Experience working with content development teams.Thorough understanding of all aspects of Course Design including curriculum, research, content review, and storyboarding.Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage large, complex projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Hindi.Proficiency in working with recent versions of Microsoft Suite.Experience working cross-functionally and with Subject Matter Experts.Positive Attitude and the ability to thrive in a high work-pressure environment.Building and sustaining positive relationships.
