🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Study Visa Counselor with a strong track record of successful visa approvals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling student visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Germany.
- This role requires someone who can manage the complete student journey — from counseling to visa approval — end to end.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counseling to students for study abroad opportunities
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and countries
- Handle complete visa process including documentation, SOP, and application filing
- Assist students with visa interview preparation
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications
- Maintain regular follow-up with students throughout the process
- Stay updated with visa rules, embassy requirements, and immigration policies
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in study visa processing
- Proven track record of successful visa approvals
- Experience with countries: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Germany
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end student process independently
- Knowledge of documentation, SOP writing, and visa filing
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in study abroad consultancy
- Good English communication (spoken & written)
- Ability to convert student inquiries into successful applications
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
