Role Description
The Study Visa Counselor will work full time to help students and families navigate the visa application process and provide end-to-end support for studying abroad. This on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves consulting with students, guiding them through visa requirements, assisting in document preparation and compliance, and liaising with relevant institutions and agencies to ensure accurate and timely submission of visa applications. The counselor will also provide insights into foreign exchange services and other logistical aspects of relocation for academic purposes.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of visa processes, documentation, and compliance requirements for multiple countries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and support students and families
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and tracking application progress
- Proficiency in counseling and providing tailored advice for program and university selection
- Relevant experience in study abroad counseling or visa consulting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Education, or Counseling
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience working in the education or consulting industry is advantageous
