Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Student Counsellor, based in Kochi. The Study Abroad Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students, helping them select suitable universities and courses. The role involves conducting career counseling sessions, offering personalized educational advice, addressing student inquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission application process. The counsellor will also maintain strong customer service standards and liaise with institutions abroad regularly to stay informed of admission criteria and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored guidance and advice to students aiming for higher education abroad
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and international institutions
- Thorough knowledge of Education systems, admission processes, and course options globally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage application processes and documentation accurately
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and maintain professionalism in client interactions
- Experience in the educational consultancy sector or a related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
