General Objective
We are looking for Study Abroad Head responsible for managing and growing the overseas education division of the company. The role will combine strategic planning, sales and marketing, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure students receive high-quality guidance and support for international education opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategies for the overseas education division.
- Identify global education trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Align division goals with the organization’s overall vision.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire education consultants and support staff.
- Build a high-performance team culture focused on student success.
Client Relations
- Oversee counseling services for students aspiring to study abroad.
- Ensure personalized guidance on courses, universities, and career pathways.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations of the overseas education division.
- Ensure compliance with international education standards and visa regulations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
Business Development
- Expand partnerships with universities and colleges abroad.
- Drive marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new students.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and conferences.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of international education systems, admissions, and visa processes.
- Strategic thinking with proven business development experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in education consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Performance Indicators
- Growth in student enrollments for overseas programs.
- Expansion of institutional partnerships abroad.
- High student satisfaction and success rates in admissions.
- Achievement of revenue and operational targets.
