Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall Study Abroad department operations.
• Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and business revenue.
• Guide students regarding overseas education opportunities, admissions, visas, scholarships, and career pathways.
• Handle and supervise the counseling, application, admission, and visa processing teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and international partners.
• Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads generated by the marketing team.
• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and monthly targets.
• Conduct training sessions and mentorship programs for counselors and executives.
• Ensure high standards of student experience and service quality.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the study abroad sector.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the management.\
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
• Strong knowledge of international admission processes and student visa procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle targets, revenue planning, and operational management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in managing university partnerships will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
