Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide academic and career counselling to prospective students regarding study
abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
2. Understand student profiles, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
3. Handle inbound and outbound enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions to achieve assigned admission targets.
4. Guide students through the entire admission process, including application documentation, SOP/LOR support, and submission.
5. Coordinate with the processing team to ensure accurate and timely application and visa processing.
6. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Keep up to date with university offerings, admission criteria, visa regulations, and market trends.
8. Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
9. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
