Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counselor, based in Pune. The Study Abroad Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad process, including providing personalized counseling, offering recommendations on educational programs, assisting with application procedures, and addressing queries. The role also involves coordinating with universities and institutions abroad, staying informed about international educational trends, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling, advising, and communication skills
- Knowledge of international education systems, study programs, and application processes
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport with students and parents
- Previous experience in the education consultancy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field preferred
