Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor with hands-on experience in handling multiple international destinations. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in counselling, and capable of converting enquiries into successful enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling to students for study opportunities in UK, Germany, UAE, Australia , USA and other EU destinations
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs
- Handle the complete admission process:
- Course selection
- Documentation guidance
- Application submission
- Offer follow-ups
- Guide students on visa documentation and financial requirements
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into enrolments
- Achieve monthly application and enrolment targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for CAS, visa, and compliance updates
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and student outreach activities
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling
- Experience handling at least 2–3 study destinations (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UK admissions & visa process (preferred)
- Knowledge of Germany/UK/USA /Australia/UAE/EU markets is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Graduate (any discipline)

- Strong conversion track record
- Good understanding of Admission Process, financial documentation, and visa procedures
- Confident in handling walk-ins and high-value prospects
