We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students for overseas education, primarily for GERMANY and support them through the complete admissions process.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students based on their eligibility, profile, and career goals
- Interact with students, parents, and professionals to assist with overseas university admissions
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and universities
- Stay updated on program changes, admission policies, and deadlines; participate in seminars and presentations when required
- Follow up with students through calls and emails to ensure progress and conversions
- Respond to student queries within 24 working hours with accurate information
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide effective counselling
- Follow internal systems, processes, and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Education Sales / Overseas Education Counselling
- Prior experience in study abroad counselling is highly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Good computer and internet proficiency
- Ability to communicate clearly and handle student queries effectively
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Good command over local language is essential.
