💼 Position Overview

We are looking for a Study Abroad Counsellor who can guide students through the entire journey of international education — from choosing the right course to securing their study visa successfully.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Student Counselling

• Assess academic background, financials & career goals
• Guide on courses, universities & countries (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.)
• Explain visa processes, timelines & requirements

🔹 Application & Documentation

• Assist in preparing admission & visa documents
• Ensure accuracy & compliance with immigration guidelines
• Coordinate with universities for offers & confirmations

🔹 Visa Processing

• Handle visa applications (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, NZ, Europe)
• Guide on SOPs, financials, GTE & biometrics
• Track applications & schedule appointments

🔹 Communication & Coordination

• Regularly update students & parents
• Build relationships with universities & partners
• Participate in seminars, webinars & education fairs

🔹 Compliance & Reporting

• Stay updated with immigration policies
• Maintain CRM & student records
• Prepare reports for management

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in visa counselling / overseas education (preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented & able to manage multiple cases

🌟 Preferred

• Sales or counselling experience
• Knowledge of IELTS / PTE / TOEFL
• CRM or student management system exposure
