Visawebs is hiring a confident, high-energy, and conversion-focused professional to join our team in Panipat. We are looking for someone who can cold call leads, handle incoming enquiries, counsel students for Ireland and convert serious prospects into successful applications.
This is the perfect role for someone who understands sales, speaks excellent English, knows the study abroad industry, and can confidently guide students from first call to admission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call fresh leads and generate interest in studying in Ireland
- Follow up with warm leads and missed enquiries consistently
- Convert leads into clients through strong sales skills
- Counsel students on courses, colleges, budgets, ROI, visas, and career opportunities in Ireland
- Build trust quickly and handle objections confidently
- Maintain daily call targets, follow-up schedules, and lead pipeline updates
- Support admissions process from application to offer letter stage
- Submit university / college applications accurately and on time
- Assist with documentation and student onboarding
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the journey
- Create SOPs and appeals for applications.
About You:
- Ireland market experience strongly preferred
- Able to work fast, think smart, and close deals
- Excellent spoken English with confident phone presence
- Strong sales mindset and natural persuader
- Existing Ireland university knowledge
- Proven experience in telecalling / counselling / lead conversion
- Experience in study abroad industry required
- Experience in admissions, applications, and offer letter process
- Sharp, switched-on, organised, and target-driven
- Strong WhatsApp and follow-up sales skills
- Visa counselling experience
- CRM / lead management experience
