Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Study Abroad Counsellor. The primary responsibilities include guiding students in selecting suitable international educational programs, assisting with university applications and admission processes, and providing support for visa documentation and compliance. The role also involves researching universities and courses, maintaining excellent relationships with students and university representatives, and delivering top-notch customer service while managing the candidate’s journey to studying abroad.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in conducting research and providing detailed guidance on universities and courses
- Attention to detail and organization skills, especially for handling application and visa documentation
- Ability to manage counseling sessions and address student queries effectively
- Familiarity with admission procedures and education systems in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia
- Customer service orientation and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in education counseling is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Counseling, or related field will be an advantage
